Covid-19: 'Spider-Man' sequels release move away, know what's release date

Sony Pictures' Animation's' Spider-Man: In the Spider-Word 'sequel has been delayed by six months, which means that it will now come on October 7, 2022 instead of April 8, 2022.


The third 'Spider-Man' film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the sequel to the hit 'Spider-Man: In the Spider-prone' have now been pushed forward. The reason for the shuffling of release dates is the Kovid-19 epidemic. Hollywood studios have asked to reissue the release schedule due to the ongoing crisis. Variety.com has reported that now, Sony Pictures has withdrawn its two untold 'Spider-Man' sequels for several months.

The studio has announced that the sequel to Marvel-Sony's 'Spider-Man for Home' is from July 16, 2021 to November 5, 2021. The sequel to Sony Pictures' animation 'Spider-Man: In the Spider-Word' has been delayed by six months, meaning it will now come on 7 October 2022 instead of 8 April 2022.

Tom Holland's 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' was one of the most successful films of 2019, grossing $ 1.13 billion at the worldwide box office. The film for which a new schedule has been set is the sequel which launched in 2017 with 'Spider-Man: Homecoming'.

Sony has also extended its action comedy 'Man from Toronto' for almost a year i.e. from 17 September 2021 to 20 November 2020. Studio 'Transylvania 4' has been extended from 4 months 22 December 2021 to 6 August 2021.
